Have you ever been shopping and needed a bag - or do you have a bunch of bags at home collecting dust? We can help with both problems, with our "Take-A-Bag, Leave-A-Bag" bin at Guest Services. Grab a bag when you need, or bring us your clean reusable bags for others to use!
BRING US YOUR (REUSEABLE) BAGS! Our "Take A Bag - Leave A Bag" program has given hundreds of bags a new life, but we often have more 'takers' than 'leavers.'

Free WiFi
Stay connected with our FREE centre-wide WiFi. Just connect to the "#Kildonan Place" network, type in your postal code, and you're ready to go.
Phone Charging Station
Never run out of battery power! Visit our charging station near Cineplex Junxion, and charge your devices free of charge. Bring your own cable - USB and standard electrical outlets are available. Do not leave items unattended. Kildonan Place is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Complimentary strollers
Kildonan Place has double, single and infant strollers available while you shop. Strollers may be picked up at the Guest Services kiosk with an identification deposit.
Wheelchairs, Walkers & Scooters
Wheelchairs and walkers may be picked up at the Guest Services kiosk with an identification deposit. Scooter use is also complimentary - just fill out a waiver form to receive your membership card.
Complimentary Gift Wrap
Visit Guest Services with your mall purchases - we have a variety of sizes of gift bags, and decorative tissue in a rainbow of colours. We can ensure your gift looks its best, at no charge!
Some size restrictions apply. All gift items must be purchased in the mall on the day of wrapping - proof of purchase required.
Curbside Pickup
Some stores offer curbside pickup of purchases. To make it easier, we have four designated Curbside Pickup areas - one at the front of the mall (near Shoppers Drug Mart), designated spots in our lots near The Shoe Company and Skechers Outlet, and an additional pickup zone at the north side of the mall near Marshalls/HomeSense. Qdoba Mexican Eats also offers curbside pickup in front of their restaurant (located in our front parking lot along Regent Ave.)
Special Parking
Preferred parking spaces near Mall entrances are designated for expectant mothers and parents with small children, as well as people with handicaps.
Washrooms
Public washrooms can be found in two locations in the centre - near the lottery booth/food court and near H&M. In addition to our men's and women's washrooms, we also offer a family washroom complete with a nursing area and change table in our food court washrooms, and an individual family washroom near H&M. Marshalls/HomeSense, Cineplex Junxion, and Save-On-Foods also have public washrooms.
Lost & Found
Lost a cell phone? Found a scarf? Found items can be turned in to the Guest Services kiosk. To claim a lost item, please check with Guest Services. Items are kept for 30 days before being donated to charity. Found items are kept in a locked area and monitored by our Guest Services staff.
Mallwalking
Get active at KP! Mall walkers may walk in the mall Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 10 am and Sunday from 9 am to 11 am.
